It was my first time using their service, and everything went smooth throughout my letting process. The agents were responsive, and I could book the viewing quickly at the beginning. They also arranged a meeting for us with the landlord and the previous tenant after the tenancy was confirmed. It was really helpful for us to have another look at the property and also have a chance to talk to the landlord in person.
